With Basic Form Coverage, your contents or personal property are protected against a generous list of Named Perils.

Comprehensive Form Coverage | $500 Deductible

This package policy covers the non-owned tenant for:

  • All Risks on Contents, as well as Tenants Improvements & Betterments - Choose a Coverage Amount to Suit Your Needs
  • Additional Living Expense - An Amount up to 20% of the Coverage Amount Purchased for Contents, and Improvements & Betterments
  • Comprehensive Personal Liability - Bodily Injury and Property Damage Limit of $1 Million
  • Medial Payments - up to $1,000
  • Voluntary Property Damage - $500
  • Credit Card and Depositors Forgery - $1,000

Basic Form Coverage | $500 Deductible

This package policy covers the non-owned tenant for:
