If you have suffered loss or damage and need to report a claim, your first step of action should be to contact your broker. If your loss or damage is not to be considered an emergency, you may contact your broker on the next business day. However, if your loss or damage is an emergency and has occurred or been discovered after regular business hours, please contact our After-Hours Emergency Claims Services.
